The partners at Prochaska, Giroux & Howell have a long-standing history of several successful cases representing the injured. Whether the injury is job-related or occurs as the result of the negligence of others, the firm has expertise in handling the case.
The firm was founded by Brad Prochaska in 1987. Brad soon established himself as a no nonsense trial lawyer in workers compensation, vehicle accident and medical negligence cases.
An ever increasing workload lead to the addition of Dan Giroux, a former trial attorney for the Sedgwick County District Attorney's office. A quick study with excellent trial skills made Dan a natural for personal injury litigation. As the firm's reputation and business continued to grow, James Howell joined the firm in January of 2005. As a successful, experienced litigation attorney in the area of wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice, Jim was a welcome partner to the firm to complement its prominent position in the area of plaintiff's personal injury practice.
