Our Staff

The attorneys at Prochaska, Giroux and Howell are successful in their field for a number of reasons. One reason is our highly trained staff. In order to properly investigate and research our cases, we rely on an excellent team of qualified assistants. Our hard-working paralegals gather evidence and records, interview witnesses, research medical and legal issues, review and summarize medical data, and facilitate continuous communication between the attorneys and our clients. Lisa has been employed by the Firm since 1994. She originally assisted with Worker's Compensation cases, but now assists Bradley Prochaska with Medical Malpractice cases. Lisa also handles the Firm's accounting. She attended Wichita State University for 3 years, and obtained a Legal Assistant certificate from Friend's University. She has worked in the legal field since 1994. Lisa enjoys gardening and is a Master Gardener and newsletter editor of the Herb Society of South Central Kansas.

Diane has been employed by the Firm since 2003. She assists Daniel Giroux with Medical Malpractice and other Personal Injury cases, and also works on technology and marketing for the Firm. Diane earned an Associate Degree in Applied Science - Legal Assistant from the Frank Barton College of Business at Wichita State University in 1999, and graduated from the Fairmount College of Liberal Arts at Wichita State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. She has worked in the legal field since 1996, clerking with the Texas Court of Appeals in Austin before moving to Kansas, where she has since worked for both plaintiff and defense firms. When she is not occupied with case work, Diane enjoys publishing the newsletters for the Firm and for the Wichita affiliate of Habitat for Humanity. Her favorite pastime is camping and fishing with her husband and three daughters at a family ranch in the Flint Hills.
